Students from OmGAU (Food Industry Technology) came to visit us, and we showed them the restaurant not as guests, but as future colleagues. The guys went through the workshops, saw how the work was done "behind the scenes", and, of course, tried our buffet breakfast to evaluate the result of the work from all sides. We were also able to directly ask the director of the restaurant all the questions we were interested in: about the schedule, standards, and career opportunities. For us, such meetings are not just an excursion, but a contribution to the future of the industry: it's great when young professionals understand how everything works in practice even during their studies. And who knows — maybe soon one of them will become a part of our team!
