This fall, a professional holiday was held at the resort of the Amaks network "Novaya Istra". From September 26 to 27, managers and heads of sales departments of 17 objects of the network gathered for an interesting and exciting training 

On September 26, together with coach Boris Knyazev, the staff trained their communication skills, learned to listen to their guests and set the right goals for themselves. On September 27, the trainings were conducted by employees of the commercial department of the Criminal Code - Andrey Sergeevich, Elena and Valeria. As well as the head of corporate sales of the Amaks network, Anastasia Trenogina, told about the basics of time management and distractions during work, Olga Petrovna conducted a training on the standards of the appearance of employees and the configuration of hotel rooms.

From our hotel Amaks Tsentralnaya, the hostess Alina, the sales manager of the marketing and sales department, went to study.
