Omsk celebrates its 308th anniversary in 2024. A detailed poster of the events scheduled for August 3, when Omsk will celebrate the City Day-2024, has appeared on the website of the Omsk city administration.
The Siberian International Marathon will open the holiday. It will be held from 08:00 to 14:00. Runners start from Cathedral Square.
The Omsk SUP Festival will be held in the Irtysh water area from 9:00 to 12:00.
From 12:00 to 18:00 in the Yuzhno-Teatralny Square, next to the Drama Theater, the Theatrical Frills project "Just (Family.Theater.Omsk.)" Omsk residents will be able to see the performance in the open air.
At about the same time, from 13:00 to 17:00, the historical reconstruction festival "Shield of Siberia" will be held in Victory Park.
