Summer is already on the plates: meet the new seasonal menu

With the first warm days, a new collection of flavors is born in our restaurant. The chef has prepared a summer menu — light, bright and inspired by the gifts of the season. 

What is included in the new map?

In the updated menu, we have focused on seasonality, freshness and balance of flavors.: 
Salad with crispy eggplant — baked eggplant with aromatic herbs and light dressing 
Juicy Tomatoes salad — tomatoes, fresh herbs and a subtle balsamic accent
Okroshka with beef is a classic in the author's interpretation, perfectly cooling in the heat
Gazpacho with shrimp — cold Spanish soup with a seafood aftertaste
Walleye with two types of mashed potatoes is a tender fish in the company of airy mashed broccoli and cauliflower
Pasta with spinach and chicken is a light but satisfying dish for those who appreciate the harmony of taste.
