Traditionally, the AMAKS "Yubileynaya" hotel in Tolyatti has become the center of attraction for athletes. It was here that the registration of participants took place, guests and volunteers were accommodated. There was a special discount for everyone who chose our hotel. We were happy to provide a comfortable stay after long racing days and create an atmosphere of a real sports celebration.
Race among the pearls of Samara Luka
This year, the organizers have radically changed the distance, turning the marathon into an exciting journey. The athletes started in the frame of the picturesque Zhiguli Mountains and walked along the legendary points:

Towering buildings to the left of the startMolodetsky Kurgan andUsinsky Kurgan (popularly known as "Flatbread"), opened on the rightGrunina mountain.

There is a river between themUsa, known for its multiple wind amplification effect. One of the control points was installed right on the Mustache, against the background of a huge power line.

To the right side of the horizon, the participants rushed to a newKlimovsky Giant Bridge, 3.75 km long, which is part of the international transport route "Western Europe — Western China".

To the left, the marathon took the kiters to the Ant Islands, a unique natural complex that appeared to the athletes in its pristine grandeur in winter.
The distance, extending up to 90 km per day, required participants not only excellent physical fitness, but also visual orientation skills — geolocation was disabled this year.
Results and atmosphere
During the four racing days, the Zhiguli Sea saw everything: freestyle skiing, a course race, a marathon race and amateur races. On Saturday, a mass start was held, which was joined by fans of kites, wings and winter windsurfers at a light distance.
In the evenings, the participants gathered in the sauna of the AMAKS "Yubileynaya" hotel, where experienced racers shared their impressions with newcomers in an informal atmosphere.
