Down with the routine and everyday work! Last week, we decided that the best team building is to change our working tools to a heavy bowling ball. The team of AMAKS Park Hotel, in a slightly truncated composition, went to the club to find out who the real champion is here.
The atmosphere was tense to the limit: excitement, jokes and friendly rivalry were in the air. Someone hit a strike on the first throw, making the others sigh enviously, and someone stubbornly learned not to step over the line (and still stepped in!).
But the main thing in bowling is not only the throwing technique, but also the team spirit. We supported each other louder than the commentators in the stadium, and we celebrated every pin we hit as a victory in the World Cup final.
In the end, friendship won (and, it seems, our leader), but there were no losers. We had a lot of fun, rebooted and charged up with positive energy for the whole working week.
