On September 23, the Regional Competence Center hosted the "Office Process Factory" training, a practical platform where participants learn lean manufacturing tools in a playful format.
In one day, the participants went through a full office cycle: from chaos in processes to a structured flow. In practice, they figured out where time is most often lost, how to identify losses and what prevents effective work. Then, step by step, we optimized the process — we removed unnecessary operations, built the logic of interaction, learned how to negotiate and act as a single team.
This training provides participants with an understanding of how lean manufacturing tools work in the office, not just on the shop floor. It allows you to see losses in the real process, find "bottlenecks" and eliminate them, as well as gain valuable teamwork experience and share solutions with colleagues.
"The training" is held within the framework of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
Nikolay Savitsky, the head of the restaurant complex, took part in the event from the AMAKS "Yubileynaya" hotel. The acquired knowledge and practical skills are planned to be applied in daily work so that internal processes become faster and clearer, and the service for guests is even better.
