In the Tambov region, the final module of the personnel program "Heroes of the Tambov region" has started at the AMAKS Park Hotel.
On the opening day, all participants were personally greeted by the Governor of the Tambov Region, Evgeny Alekseevich Pervyshov.
This is the final stage of the educational program "Heroes of Tambov region". By this point, the participants had already mastered key disciplines, including public policy, fundamentals of economics, and regional management.
Currently, students are actively working on final certification projects, which will be defended on July 3. The program pays special attention to practical orientation: graduation papers are based on solving real socio-economic problems of the region. These are not abstract studies, but ready-to-implement proposals.
Working with mentors has become an important part of the educational process. Each participant has an experienced specialist from among current regional managers, deputies or heads of large enterprises.
The effectiveness of the program is confirmed by the first results: 8 graduates have already been employed in the civil service, 2 more have been elected deputies of representative bodies.
I am very pleased that the AMAKS Park Hotel was chosen as the venue for this large-scale event.
