Training and development
AMAKS Hotels & Resorts is an ideal option for starting a career. The company has developed a number of programs to support and train young professionals and students. As part of our summer part—time work and internship, we provide an opportunity to work fully at our resorts throughout Russia - to gain not only professional experience and skills, but also to develop "soft skills", which will be useful in any field of activity. We strive to develop the professional competencies of all our employees without exception. Therefore, trainings and master classes are held on a regular basis for all services. For prospective employees, we organize internships at other sites in the network.
Career development

Loyalty Program
Our company has a loyalty program for our employees as part of its trade union activities. In particular, we provide discounts and bonuses for employees and their family members (including parents). Since 2021, the "Do Good" project has been operating online. It is aimed at improving the quality of life of employees who find themselves in a difficult life situation and require financial support. More than 30 targeted assistance programs are implemented per year, including the purchase of necessary household appliances, building materials, baby food, partial compensation for medical research and paid rehabilitation.
Recognition and corporate culture
We value our team and are proud of the achievements of our colleagues. Several times a year, we host Employee Award Ceremonies for their contribution to the development of AMAKS. We pay great attention to team building and corporate culture, as well as employee health support. Sports contests, joint training, hiking and outdoor holidays contribute to this as much as possible. At the resorts of the chain, fitness, swimming, and team games sections are open for employees and their children, while Healthy Back classes are held in hotels and sports club subscriptions are compensated.

Our company does everything possible to make every employee feel like a full-fledged member of the team, for example, the Friendly Support project operates online, in which employees travel on business trips to other network facilities in order to share knowledge and experience.
