Rules of the competition for the Day of Tourism 2022 "Summer with AMAKS"

1. General provisions:

1.1. The competition is held from July 15 to November 1, 2022

1.2. The results of the contest will be announced after November 1 of the year live on the @amakshotels account.

1.3. Based on the results of the competition, five winners will be selected, who will receive Certificates for accommodation in any hotel or resort of the AMAKS Hotels&Resorts chain (for more information about prizes for winners, see section 4).

1.4. All participants will receive incentive prizes (bonuses) for participation in the competition (for more information about prizes for participants, see section 5).

2. The order of participation in the competition:

2.1. The participant must fulfill all the conditions of the contest.:

• a post on one of the social networks Instagram, VKontakte, Facebook, Odnoklassniki
  

• subscribe to the @amakshotels account,

• hashtag #Leto_s_AMAKS,

• marking the location of the hotel where the selfie was taken,

• The post is not deleted until the results of the contest are summed up.

2.2. The participant's account must be opened during the contest and its results are summarized.

2.3. One post from one account is allowed to participate.

2.4. It is prohibited to post the following images: obscene, containing obscene language, humiliating or discrediting the dignity of third parties. In case of violation of this clause, the participant's post will be removed from the contest.

3. The order of selection and awarding of the winners of the competition:

3.1. The five winners will be selected using the free number generation method in the live stream of the @amakshotels Instragram account after November 1, 2022.

3.2. Each account participating in the contest will be assigned a participant number in accordance with the order in which posts with the contest hashtag appear.

3.3. The participant's number will be indicated in the comments under the contest post.

4. The procedure for using the prize Certificate:

4.1 The five winners selected by the random number generator receive Certificates for two-person residence for a period of

- 2 nights - in any of the hotels of the AMAKS Hotels&Resorts chain located in the following cities:

Azov, Belgorod, Valdai, Veliky Novgorod, Vladimir, Voronezh, Essentuki, Ivanovo, Izhevsk, Yoshkar-Ola, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Kurgan, Novy Urengoy, Omsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Ryazan, Tambov, Tolyatti, Ufa, Khabarovsk.

- at any resort of the AMAKS Hotels&Resorts chain located in the following cities:

4.2 2 Accommodation in a double room of Business category, with breakfast

4.3 Certificates for accommodation at the AMAKS Hotels&Resorts hotel or Resort are valid for pre-booking and availability of rooms. You can book a room by calling 8 800 555 5225 or on the official website. www.amaks-hotels.ru .

4.4 Certificates for accommodation at the AMAKS Hotels&Resorts hotel or resort are valid until 05/31/2023 inclusive, except for official non-working holidays and weekends.

4.5 Certificates cannot be replaced with a monetary equivalent.

4.6 Check-in at the hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the provision of hotel services described in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 9, 2015 N 1085. Upon arrival, each guest must present the following documents to the reception and accommodation service: for citizens of the Russian Federation - a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, for persons under the age of 14 - a birth certificate.

5. The procedure for receiving an incentive prize (bonus) for participation:

5.1. Contest participants may apply for an incentive prize (bonus).

5.2. In order to receive the bonus, the participant must show the post corresponding to the rules set out in paragraph 2.1 on the screen of his phone to the administrator at the reception.

5.3. The bonus format is determined by each facility of the AMAKS Hotels&Resorts chain independently before the start of the competition and remains unchanged during the competition. For more information about the bonus format, please contact the hotel administrator.

5.4. The bonus can be received once and only on the day when the post was published.

6. Additional conditions:

6.1. The contest Administration reserves the right to suspend a post from participation if events are identified that directly or indirectly violate any clause of these Rules.
