Conditions of the "Open Guest" promotion

• Only those guests who have already turned 18 can take part in the promotion.
• Download the "Open Guest" Questionnaire.
• Fill out the Questionnaire and attach photos.
• Send the Questionnaire within three days after departure to the email address [email protected]
• Our specialists will process the completed Questionnaire within 3 days.
• If two or more guests stay in the same room, a questionnaire from only one guest is allowed to participate in the promotion.
• Three days after sending the Questionnaire, you will receive money to the account of the mobile phone specified in the Questionnaire and a confirmation of payment to your email.
• We guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided.
• The monetary equivalent of the bonus is not provided.
• The Company may refuse to pay the bonus if false information is found in the Questionnaire.
• By submitting the Questionnaire, you agree to the processing of personal data.
